How points work
- Earn points on eligible purchases (online or linked in-store)

- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity — log in occasionally

Linking in-store purchases
Give email at checkout or show account QR if we've rolled that out at your location. Unlinked purchases can't be retroactively merged after 7 days — ask same week if you forgot.
