Shipping timelines
- In-stock items: usually ship within 1 business day
- Pre-orders: ship on or after release date on product page
- Mixed carts: may split shipments — email notifies you

Tracking
Tracking links email when labels generate. Allow 24 hours for scans to activate. Check spam if missing.
Free shipping threshold
Banner shows current minimum order value. Applies to eligible domestic zones — remote areas may differ; checkout calculates before payment.
Returns
Unopened / resalable condition within 14 days of delivery for most items. Bring or email:
- Order number
- Reason (helps us improve)
- Photos if damaged
Refund to original payment after inspection. Shipping fees non-refundable unless we sent wrong item.
Damaged on arrival
Contact within 48 hours with photos of:
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Product damage
We replace or refund — your choice when stock allows.
Exchanges
Size or format exchanges depend on stock. Email support or visit store with receipt.
International
Duties and taxes may apply at destination — not included in checkout total for cross-border orders.
We treat packages like we'd want our own books treated — because we also buy books online and hate dinged corners.
